Carrier Park
New for 2026:
Carrier Park serves as the host site for Salt City Sports. The "New Park" will include:
- 7 turf fields for Softball, LL and 50' 70' baseball.
- 2 fully turfed 90' diamond baseball fields.
- 2 fully turfed full sized soccer and lacrosse fields.
- All fields have LED lights with scoreboards.
- Completion Date: April 1, 2026

DeLutis Field
DeLutis Field is a short drive from Syracuse. Located at Griffiss Business & Technology Park (formerly the Griffiss Air Force Base), DeLutis Field has played home to tournaments and weeknight leagues since 1998.
Larry DeLutis Field is lighted and includes a 450-seat grandstand with 40 box seats. Distances to left and right field are 325 feet and 395 feet to centerfield.
Volunteer Field became operational in the spring of 2003 and is 315 feet down the lines and 376 feet to centerfield.
Freedom Field is built to serve both Little League and Cal Ripken Level 70ft bases. Distance is 225 feet to all fields.
Legacy Field became operational in the spring of 2013. It is 275 feet down the left field line, 310 feet down the right field line, and 305 feet to centerfield.

Hopkins Road Park

Hopkins Road Park serves as the host site for Salt City Sports. The "New Park" will include:

- 3 fully turfed full sized soccer and lacrosse fields.
- All fields have LED lights with scoreboards.
- Completion Date: July 1 , 2026
- 4 natural baseball and softball fields.

Oswego Complex
The Oswego Little League Complex is located near the historic grounds of Fort Ontario State Historic Site.
- 1 90' natural baseball field.
- LED lights with scoreboard.

General Facility Rules
General Facility Rules:
- All fields are off limits except for scheduled games.
- All foul balls need to be returned to the playing field.
- Portable chairs and pop-up tents are permitted.
- Pets are permitted at all Salt City Sports facilities. Please pick up after your pet.
- Teams are expected to remove trash from the dugout after each game.
- No tobacco use of any kind is allowed at Salt City Sports tournaments or events.
- No seeds or gum will be permitted at Carrier Park in the dugouts or on the fields.
- There is a zero tolerance policy for seeds, and teams will be charged a $250 fee if in violation of this rule.
- Please remind your parents and fans to pick up their trash after each game.
- Pre-game warm up / catch play in the outfield only.
- Pitchers may warm up next to the dugout or in the bullpens before and during the game.
- Do not hit/throw any balls into the fences or walls.
- No metal spikes at Hopkins Road Park on portable mounds.
- Absolutely no person is permitted outside the dugout unless coaching a base.
- Food and coolers are not permitted in the parks. We have concessions on site to accommodate food and beverage needs. While we do not allow individual coolers, one team cooler is permitted.

Hopkins Road Park Fields
- Fields 1-6: $80 per hour
- All prices include field set up and lines.
- Using lights includes an additional cost of $20 per hour.
Carrier Park Fields
- Fields 1-2: $75 per hour
- Using lights costs an additional $100 per hour.
Included with your rental:
- Game ready playing surface
- One bag of diamond dry. Additional bags are $25 each if needed.
Prices and admission
Salt City Sports Admission Rates:
The price of admission reflects our commitment to support the facility, players, and coaches. This allows sports to happen consistently at a high level.
Carrier Park & DeLutis Field Complex
- $10.00 per person per day
Children 12 under, military, and senior citizens are FREE.
Hopkins Road Park
- $10.00 per car per day
Military and senior citizens are FREE.
Please note that we do NOT provide refunds for gate/parking charges. We appreciate your understanding.
Concessions
Our concession stand will be open during all of the Salt City Sports tournaments.
The concession stand hours of operation are from one hour before the first game of the day until the start of the last game. Weekday hours vary based on need.
The concession staff is willing to work with your teams. If you want to place an order for a team breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, or drinks, please pick up an order form from the concession building. We can have an order ready at any specified time.
Outside Coolers:
Teams are allowed one cooler. We ask for no additional fan coolers.
Adult Beverages:
Salt City Sports facilities do not allow for outside alcohol to be brought into our facilities. Alcohol can be purchased at select concession stands.
- There is a NO Alcohol Policy at the DeLutis Field Complex.
